JOB DUTIESManagers for Alpharetta, GA location. Manage cross functional IT teams to design, implement and deliver software application solutions. Provide coaching and ensure integration within teams. Serve as front-line point of escalation for team members for issue resolution. Adhere to SAFe Agile guidelines by attending weekly scrum ceremonies and quarterly PI planning sessions. Manage delivery expectations with product delivery organization. Develop and manage annual goal setting procedures. Manage global metrics. Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of Quality, Security standards, Agile, SAFe, software development lifecycle and business analysis, and facilitate technical training and consults to ensure that the application development best practices are followed. Help to identify strategies and opportunity for customers to utilize products and services. Communicate status to internal teams and management. Technical Environment: full software development lifecycle, project management, business analysis, quality assurance, program management, process improvement; architectural patterns, MS technology stack with .NET, WCF, ASP.NET, Web API, TypeScript and SQL Server; microservices; Agile; SAFe, Scrum; ROBOT Framework, Specflow, BDD; Ab-Initio, Ready API, GIT, Source Tree, MS Test Manager, Jenkins, CI/CD, Postman; Service virtualization using CA Lisa, HCL App Scan, Vera Code Scan, Security scan tools (Burp Suite).
Education and Experience Requirements
*Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering or Information Technology field plus two years of experience in the job offered or in software architecture/design/development required. (*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering or Information Technology field plus five years of progressive experience in the job offered or in software architecture/design/development also acceptable).
*Required Skills: experience with full software development lifecycle, project management, business analysis, quality assurance, program management, process improvement; architectural patterns; MS technology stack with .NET, WCF, ASP.NET, Web API, TypeScript, SQL Server; microservices; Agile, SAFe, ROBOT Framework, SpecFlow, BDD; Git, CI/CD, Postman, CA Lisa, HCL App Scan, Vera Code Scan, Security scan tools (Burp Suite). 60% telecommuting permitted.
