SummaryDevelop and implement solutions and enhancements for new and existing product lines
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Engineer changes to existing product design for improved performance, appearance, and functionality
• Evaluate product and modify designs to improve manufacturability, ease of installation and flexibility in the field
• Create and modify engineering detailed drawings, assembly drawings and bills of material
• Direct designs and establish specifications and standards
• Apply basic principles to original design to meet newly developed customer requirements
• Perform product training to field sales personnel and installers
• Provide installers with on-site and remote assistance
• Generate installation instructions
• Initiate and conduct tests of new product designs

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• SolidWorks proficiency preferred, AutoCAD experience beneficial
• Detail oriented
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Some travel required

Qualifications

• 0-5 years engineering experience in related field
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field of study

Pay$60-80k
