What you need to be successful:
- Build, prioritize, refine and maintain a clear comprehensive product backlog
- Serve as a product expert supporting internal stakeholders; have a deep understanding of and respond to customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals and expectations
- Ability to interact and collaborate with many roles across the organization i.e. executives, subject matter experts, business operations team members, technology professionals, software developers, and project managers
- Results-driven individual with good business acumen; ability to understand the problem to be solved and deliver appropriate solutions that balances impact, effort, and alignment to objectives
- Strong people skills to establish rapport, credibility, and influence with others across the company
- Strong presentation and communication skills with an ability to simplify and clearly articulate concepts at all levels of the organization and across functions
- Assist in developing and maintaining Product and client roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility
- Review and validate test cases. Review design and test documents to verify that the design will meet the defined requirements
- Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities as well as 'test and learn'/experimentation targeted at defining/refining future deliverables, measuring performance and adjusting the overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.
- Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance. Define OKRs and KPIs to measure business and operational impacts, and relentlessly identify improvements
- Perform any specific domain or functional responsibilities (e.g., dashboard development)
