Location: Richmond, VA
Reports to: Regional Operations Manager and Senior VP of Sales and Operations
Salary: $50,000 per year salary, plus potential Quarterly Bonus performance-based bonuses (from $250-$750 per quarter).
Daytime Responsibilities (60% of responsibilities/time spent)
- On-Site Service Rollout: Roll out Trash Fairies service to new properties, ensuring smooth integration.
- Trash Bin Delivery: Personally deliver Trash Fairies trash bins to properties, including collecting and storing bins from former service providers.
- Inventory Management: Actively manage and secure storage of trash bin and roll cart inventory for both resident and service use.
- Customer Service and Quality Control: Address and resolve customer service issues on-site, implementing quality control measures such as updating the WAND app and coaching couriers.
- Conflict Resolution: Under guidance, de-escalate and resolve all customer service issues directly with property managers and residents.
- Site Visits: Regularly visit customer properties to ensure couriers have everything they need for successful pickups.
- Emergency Planning: Ensure backup plans are in place for courier no-show situations.
- Support Manager: Assist the Manager with on-site customer visits, delivery of trash cans and magnets, and other field tasks.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain Trash Fairies vehicle service needs, driving it with care to support field operations.
- Additional Duties: Undertake any necessary tasks to get the job done, emphasizing hands-on involvement.
Nightly Responsibilities (Assistant/Area Manager) (40% of responsibilities/time spent)
- Nighttime Operations Support: Assist the Regional Manager with all nighttime field duties and operations in the assigned territory.
- Shift Coverage: Fill in and cover shifts as needed, ensuring continuous field support.
- Team Management: Manage a team of area couriers, providing in-person supervision and guidance.
- Customer Service and Quality Control: Promptly handle on-site customer service issues and implement quality control measures.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve service issues with property managers and residents during nighttime operations.
- Courier Monitoring: Monitor couriers via the WAND app to ensure timely check-ins and check-outs for effective field management and payroll purposes.
- Coordination with Backup Couriers: Coordinate with backup couriers to cover pickup routes for absent or no-show couriers.
- Quality Control Back-Sweeps: Conduct on-site quality control checks and fill in where needed to ensure consistent service.
- Additional Duties: Perform any necessary tasks to maintain seamless field operations.
