Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Customize marketing materials to attract clients across various platforms, including social media and flyers
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, considering factors such as weather, culture, activities, and visa requirements
- Coordinate travel appointments, manage fees, and collect necessary documentation from clients
- Maintain professional relationships with travel suppliers, clients, and trip operators
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and effective communication with colleagues
- Ability to adapt quickly to various computer software programs
- Previous experience as a travel agent and customer service background preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience as a travel agent is advantageous
- Access to a laptop/smartphone and internet connection is required
