## Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling cash transactions in a fast-paced environment.

## Duties
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with technical sales inquiries

## Skills
- Proficient in English; Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in cash handling and operating a POS system
- Ability to effectively sell products and upsell when appropriate
- Knowledge of stock management practices
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.14 - $17.00 per hour
