Summary
Process invoices for payment in a timely matter. Ensure all payables are approved by management prior to payment. Reconcile vendor statements. Research and resolve problems and handle inquiries from vendors, locations and corporate personnel. Verify invoice information in paperless system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify invoice information in Esker paperless system
- Identifies processing inefficiencies and takes corrective action to resolve
- Demonstrates analytical skills/attention to details
- Ensure internal control compliance procedures are followed
- Research/resolve issues with approvers and/or vendors
- Process journal entries
- Compiling, sorting and substantiating business transactions
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Dealing with confidential information
- Assist team with monthly and yearly close
- Assist with AP mailbox/800 line
- Email communication to locations as needed
