TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Chicago, Illinois, 60612 About The Position Weekly Pay Range - $2749 To $3054 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a college or university
- 2 years of recent nursing experience in a Cardiovascular ICU or Critical Care ICU
- 1 year of recent nursing experience in a Cardiovascular Laboratory and/or Electrophysiology Lab License: IL License in hand upon submission Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine required with proof of vaccination 1 week prior to start date Must-Have:
- Ability to take call one week a month, Monday through Friday, 5-7 AM
- Available on weekends and holidays 7 AM
- 7 AM
- Maximum of 5 days Request Time Off (RTO) with no more than 2 consecutive days; no RTO the day prior or after a holiday; no RTO on weekends
- Flexible hours Job Description:
- Provide care and support to patients undergoing catheterization procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Maintain patient safety and monitor vital signs during procedures
- Prepare and maintain equipment used during cardiac procedures
- Educate patients and their families about procedures and home care
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Be flexible to float to various units within a 50-mile radius as required
- Participate in orientation for 24 hours Additional Information:
- Local candidates living within 75 miles of the facility will be considered at a lower rate
- Block scheduling is not permitted
