Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular ICU **Job Specialty:** Cardiovascular ICU Nurse **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 06:30 PM - 07:00 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** Not Specified **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years **License:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification **Must-Have:** Ascension CPI **Job Description:** - Provide care for patients in the cardiovascular and general intensive care units. - Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1-2:1, and 3:1 in critical staffing situations. - Ensure all patient care is provided in accordance with professional standards and hospital guidelines. - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Utilize advanced critical care skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Maintain current knowledge and competency in the field of cardiovascular intensive care nursing. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and team members. - Exhibit a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
