About The Position
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Description
Certified CVOR STFA (CSFA), minimum 5 years experience
REQUIRED: Heart transplant, cardiac background, vascular, thoracic
Patient Age Group: Adults-Geriatrics
Call requirements: Call requirements are variable dependent upon staffing. Typically, it is one week day call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.(all variable)
Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
Block Scheduling not offered
Holidays
No Holiday RTO Accepted
MAX RTO 7 Days
FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
