I am seeking a qualified candidate with 3 years (5 years desirable) minimal clinical experience in adult/geriatric physical disability, with the following skills/attributes:
? Skills: Strong clinical skills, case management competency, solid computer skills, electronic medical record competency, highly organized, independent, learns quickly, high caliber work quality & ethic, professional & courteous interpersonal skills
? Attributes: Works well & easily with others, compassionate care in clinical practice, strong team partnership & collaboration, uplifting & warm hospitable spirit
? Preferences: Second language capacity desirable (but not required). Neuro, ortho, age related disease specialty clinical skills. Commitment to aging-in-place.
