Specialized medical and nursing care is provided to patients with serious conditions including but not limited to elective and urgent surgical procedures, trauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, stroke, sepsis, heart failure, respiratory disturbances, electrolyte imbalance, GI bleeding, coagulopathy, renal disease, drug overdose, and hemodynamic instability.
