ResponsibilitiesLabor and Delivery RNs (L&D RNs) are responsible for monitoring patients throughout labor and serves as the primary point of contact for family members. - L&D RNs perform knowledge of phlebotomy, basic IV and central lines
- Assess and record maternal vital signs throughout labor and post-partum stages
- Administer pain medication and other medicines as ordered
