About The PositionMaternity RN will float to LD to care for antepartum and postpartum patients and will float to IICN to care for feeder/grower babies. IICN ratio is 1-3 babies on 1-3 hour feeding schedule (PO medication)Maternity Ratio is typically 3:1 or 4:1Experience with fetal monitoring is required Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize
