About The PositionWeekly Pay Range - $2466 To $2739 Summary:
- OB-GYN includes conducting examinations and tests, diagnosing and treating reproductive disorders, providing prenatal care, assisting in childbirth, performing surgeries, educating patients about reproductive health, and staying updated with medical practices.
- Completes initial nursing histories, assesses patients` conditions, and develops individual plans of care for patients assigned to the unit.
- Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists, and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
- Performs fetal heart monitoring and makes assessment of labor progress.
- The ability to manage other medical staff involved in a patient`s care.
- The ability to create tailored treatment plans.
- Mastery of all medical instruments needed for treatment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- The ability to provide accurate, effective care, even under pressure.
- RN license in good standing.
- Must have one year of experience in OB/GYN in a facility or medical office.
- Graduate of accredited Nursing School.
- Current AHA BLS.
- Fetal Monitoring Certification, NRP required.
