Start Date: ASAP (biweekly orientation)
Guaranteed Hours: biweekly guarantee- 60/72 hours 1 cancellation allowed per 2-week period
Primary Location: Humboldt Park Health, Chicago, IL
Shift Requirements: 12 hour Nights - NO BLOCK SCHEDULE REQUESTS
Weekend/ Holiday: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation
Float Requirements: Float to Tele if needed. May be floated to other units and tasked as an aid for additional support.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required Certifications: Active IL RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Charting Experience: Meditech preferred - mandatory Meditech training must be done in compliance
Required Skillset: Perform phlebotomy. Need to be able to read and interpret strips.
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 24 bed 1:7 patient ratio
