Pay Information$2,600 to $2,700 per week About The PositionJob Title:- Registered Nurse Level IV NICU Location:- Phoenix, AZ 85016 Facility:- Phoenix Children's Hospital Number of weeks:- 13 { Extension Posssible} Shifts:- 7 - 7:30 Minimum Years of Experience:- Less Than 1 Year Overtime Hours: Overtime starts after 40 hours Pay Period: Weekly Pay COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s before starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
