About The PositionJob Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Operating Room Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (10:00 - 18:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: License: Must have valid nursing license Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine Required - No Exemptions Must-Have: - Level 1 Trauma Experience - RN must scrub and circulate - Experience in Orthopedics, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery Job Description: - Experience in Neurosurgery (cranial and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology preferred. - On-call requirement: One 12-hour shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday, 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM. No weekday on-call requirement. - Rotation time off (RTO): Maximum of 5 days with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior to or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. - Floating may be required and the facility can request that the clinician float to a location within a 50-mile radius. - Orientation required for 24 hours prior to start. - Local candidates within 75 miles considered but at a lower rate. - Proof of vaccination required 1 week prior to start date. - Booster not required.
