Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection: Unit Information: Surgery Location: Heart Hospital of Austin Building: Main Hospital Floor: 1st floor Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 701 Discipline: CVOR CST Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 4 10-hour shifts per week Call Requirements: On call 1 week night per week and one weekend every 6 weeks Weekends: Weekends are on call rotation General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Number of Staff Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 1:1 Type of equipment Surgical instruments, bovie cautery, EVH video tower, laparoscopic video tower, surgical tourniquet, IABP console, Impella console, cryo system, patient warming/cooling system EMR Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable?
