PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.PBDS Assessment waivedECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is requiredQualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile.Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 monthsTravel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experienceRequired certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.
