StartDate: 7/9/2024 Available Shifts: 12 D/E Pay Rate: $2069.48 - $2280.65
ER RN John Muir Walnut Creek 12 hr 5a-5p/7a-7p/9a-9p/10a-10p/11a-11p **will work ALL of these shifts as needed by hospital 36hrs per week 7/9 start date 13weeks MUST HAVE CURRENT CA LIC AT TIME OF SUBMISSION Will work Walnut Creek. If Concord gets busy the traveler may be asked to float occasionally to Concord. The two campuses are 8 miles apart. Unit : ER RNYears of experience required : 2 yrs Years of experience preferred : 3 yrs Prev travel requiredCerts required : BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS CA Lic Certs preferred : CEN TNCCLicensure required upon submission: YES Covid Info : exemptions allowed Flu Info : declination allowed Shift Details : will work every shift listed here as needed by hospital : 5a-5p/7a-7p/9a-9p/10a-10p/11a-11p 36hrs per week Pt population on the unit: 350 bed hospital, non teaching community. Level II trauma. 45000 pts seen a year 30 bed ER must have some trauma experience; PEDS is strongly preferred Ratios on the unit : 1:4 depends on patient acuity and census, ratios are mandated by state of CA Float requirements : will float as needed depending on patient care but only within scope of skill Schedule/Weekend requirements : typically every other weekend rotation EMR – note if required/ preferred : EPIC, preferred Scrub Info : any color scrubs, will get detailed info with first day info Testing during orientation (pass/fail): n/a Will they take past perm staff as travel : yes if eligible Payroll process : kronos IVS process if any : profile will go to IVS then to mgr for review # beds in the facility : 350 # beds in unit : 44 Teaching hosp : no Required Upon Submission: MUST have current CA lic at time of submission Must have 2 yrs exp in relevant specialty No work hx with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation, Must have Facility Type, EMR, and Bed Count filled out 1 Reference- dated no more than 12 months oldSkills Checklist – dated no more than 12 months old All RTO must be in packet at time of submission. Preferred: Prior Travel experience EPIC EMR experience.
