ICU RN - Will float to Telemetry as neededMust have active MD/Compact license in packet at time of submission, no temp licenses allowed. ACLS, BLS, NIHSSCOVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped.
