What does a great Program Manager II do?
We're currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and other program managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
• Working with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
• Monitoring deliverables and overseeing team leads to ensure goals are met
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities

Who we are looking for in this role:

• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Understanding of project management, Confluence, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), a strong working knowledge of Jira and Aha!, and competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Salary Target/Range: $120,000 to $140,000
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
