Travelzoo has an opening for a Finance Manager in New York, Miami, or Chicago. This role will report to the Finance Director.

Do you feel... 

• Motivated to provide support and monitor timely tax filings
• Capable of preparing tax deliverables to external tax partners as well as other tax compliance filings
• Competent to generate accurate and reliable financial reports and analysis
• Keen to work with auditors, provide documentation requested, answer all project-specific financial questions
• Experienced in journal entries and reconciliations
• Able to ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, manage compliance and tax risks
• Interested in assisting with the analysis of financial statements and variances to budget

 You are ideally… 

• Degree educated in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiar with major accounting system applications and databases (Oracle, SAP, etc.)

• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Skilled in financial software and tools
• A high performer with strong work ethic and sound judgement
• An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• A rising professional with 5-8 years’ experience
