Job Description:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and personable Part-Time HR Support Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties and providing clerical and administrative support to our HR department.

Job Description:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and personable Part-Time HR Support Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties and providing clerical and administrative support to our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, travel arrangements).
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the company’s policies and procedures are upheld.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Strong computer literacy, with competency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An approachable and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
