GENERAL OVERVIEW
- Close involvement in Clinic processes related to compliance/finance tasks, processes, initiatives.
- An administrative support role to help meet collective outcomes/goals between teams/departments including supporting event investigations, helping to coordinate/facilitate/maintain accountability for identified follow up action, audit work, data entry, etc. requiring high organization, attention to detail and initiative.
- Function of this role may continue to evolve as transitions with financial leadership further occurs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years’ office experience, preferably in a non-profit, healthcare setting.
- Proven writing skills and ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability, with skill and efficiency, in working with various computer programs for word processing, spread sheets, and databases, particularly beneficial to have EMR experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; organizational skills; ability to multi-task. Familiarity with office practices, procedures and policies.
- Ability to relate well with diverse populations of varying socio-economic backgrounds.
