As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our finance team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to our shared goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and verifying invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensuring accurate and complete documentation for all transactions.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of vendor statements and accounts.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Supporting month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Maintaining organized records of all accounts payable activities.
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 3 years in accounts payable or related financial roles.
