Administrative Assistant

Expanding division office is adding an Administrative Assistant to their team. You will be performing a combination of administrative and light accounting responsibilities. Great location in South Charlotte close to many amenities and shopping. Salary up to $50K plus great benefits

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

• Communicate updates daily with project management and division management team
• Process invoices.
• Prepare reports for management
• Manage and submit permit applications to the appropriate municipalities
• Upload documents
• Assure vendor insurance and contractor agreements are up-to-date
• Enter and maintain data for costing department

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Great Communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Accounting knowledge
