RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtain, evaluate, coordinate, and distribute information and authorizations needed for successful project completion.
- Assist in the management of mechanical design build projects, including project plans, schedules, estimates, submittals, budgets, purchase orders, contracts / documentation, etc.
- Regularly visit client project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications with a focus on quality, timeliness, budget, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and progress to appropriate parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to project budgets; identify and suggest opportunities for cost savings and increased efficiency.
- Prepare invoices and billings for Project Manager to review and approve; follow up with clients on monthly payments and assist with compilation of the final pay application and lien waivers.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field
- 1 year of experience in mechanical contracting and/or commercial construction experience
- Willingness and ability to travel to projects sites regionally
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team-based environments
