RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring comprehensive planning and financial oversight.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address issues, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses prior to project commencement.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor projects, facilitate inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project expenditures, prepare cost estimates, and maintain budgets.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, ore a related field.
- 2 years of experience on construction management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to travel to various project sites.
