TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Peachtree, GA

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of office and fieldwork, with a 50/50 split between time spent in the office and out in the field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a keen understanding of the staffing industry, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management (50% Fieldwork):

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the Raleigh area, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present TRC’s services and solutions, tailoring presentations to their specific needs.
  • Attend local business and community events to represent TRC and increase brand awareness.

Sales Strategy and Office Operations (50% Office Work):

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized staffing solutions for clients.
  • Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, service delivery coordination, and client follow-ups.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
