Our client, an oil & gas company and convenience store chain, is looking for a Construction Development Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire position with 60% travel required.
Responsibilities:
- provide expert judgment and analysis for the design, development, and permitting new construction
- obtain necessary permits and communicate with local government agencies
- resolve highly complex technical issues
- work closely with executive team and city council
- select and manage consultants on design/entitlement teams
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- experience in the petroleum industry is a plus
