- Receive and process orders in SAP order management system via inbound telephone calls, email, web, and EDI from B2B customers. Expedite as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for confirming order, product availability, delivery status using company guidelines and assigned distribution lanes.
- Develop relationships to influence and drive sales of products and services.
- Create action plan with external sales team
- Research and eliminate pricing errors by ascertaining root cause.
- Evaluate credit history and accept orders within credit limit for customers.
- Strong computer literacy including full Microsoft Office suite
- Bi-lingual skills are beneficial, but definitely not required.
- Candidate should also have exceptional critical thinking, customer service, and communication skills.
