- Prepare process and equipment per work order requirements
- Maintain and update database information
- Make sure proper materials, equipment, and inspection procedures are in place
- Work with quality team to make sure product is within specification and that inspections are conducted in accordance with requirements
- Record appropriate operational metrics and statistical process control data
- Conduct preventative process maintenance procedures and follow defined schedules to enable minimal downtime and consistent process operation
- Organize and rack raw materials for the process
- Loan and unload material required according to work orders
- Work with the quality and engineering teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance
- Operation of equipment will vary according to the process but may include forklift, crane, hand tools, power tools, web rollers, pumps, cameras, lasers, etc.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing or technician role encompassing operator and lead operator duties with experience in safety procedures, production, material handling, quality, shipping, and process improvements
- Experience working with cross functional teams is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to act with integrity, respect, honesty, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time and climbing tall stairs and ladders
- Vaccination against Covid-19
