TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Route Customer Service Manager Near Garner, NC
TRC’s client is a leading provider of workplace and on-the-go food services looking for a Route Customer Service Manager to join their team in the Raleigh-Garner, NC area on a full-time, direct hire basis. REPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic leadership and management for a team of ~15-20 associates; supervise workflow and assignments.
Manage the daily business, including ensuring all routes are properly staffed with drivers.
Perform quality checks and client site visits to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsible for identifying talent, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
Regularly review and analyze metrics / KPIs; provide feedback, coaching, and performance management accordingly.
Develop and motivate staff to maximize performance and potential; provide regular periodic performance feedback, establishing business goals / objectives and personal developmental objectives – monitor set goals on a regular basis.
Continuously ensure compliance with internal and external standards / regulations.
Develop sales and customer retention plans to track performance / the client experience and increase profitability.
Build retail pricing opportunities to encourage repeat sales and introduce new products to increase revenue.
Identify gaps in performance, compliance, etc.; create, implement, and manage action places to improve opportunities.
Assess performance through audits and evaluations; report out performance analysis information in leadership meetings and executive summaries.
Perform the job functions of the Route Driver position, when needed, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products, render services, and fill and maintain vending and related equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4 years of experience supervisory experience with strong leadership and motivational abilities; route management and/or retail and merchandising experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with good driving record required; 2 years of experience in a driving position preferred
Exceptional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills with a solutions-oriented, positive attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team based environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
