Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Oversee inventory control and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply of goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shipping and receiving processes
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding shipping and receiving
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy of inventory records
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of legal requirements related to shipping and receiving
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud computing, Python, Java, SQL, R programming language, and software engineering
- Familiarity with big data, DevOps, systems management, and data analytics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Perl, Microsoft Windows Azure, and Scrum methodology
