With our products and services, our mission is to assist foot and ankle surgeons in improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs, while providing rewarding experiences and opportunities for our employees and stakeholders.Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager Total Rewards is a key contributor in the development and administration of Treace’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
The Sr. Manager Total Rewards will be a leader, a thought partner, and a contributing resource to support and administer various compensation and benefits programs to drive employee motivation, recognition and retention across the organization; enhance our culture; and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires someone who brings both big-picture thinking needed to develop strategy and programs, and the tactical execution and attention to detail to oversee their delivery.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leverages best practices and innovative thinking to develop Total Rewards programs that attract, motivate, engage, and retain talent in line with company objectives and strategy.
  • Oversees efficient and effective compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis.
  • Stays up-to-date on compensation labor market trends. Conducts analysis of market competitive data, reviews and collaborates with HRBPs and leaders to update position descriptions, conducts job evaluations; participates in salary surveys, and updates pay structures.
  • Advises and partners with client leaders and HRBPs to make effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
  • Manages the Benefits Analyst and Sr. HRIS Analyst; provides coaching and development of team to support department and organization goals
  • Oversees the administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Ensure all information relevant to compensation analysis is correctly recorded in the HRIS, file feeds are operating effectively and accurately, new systems and processes are developed and implemented for continuous improvement and to support business growth, and audits systems and data to maintain accuracy.
  • Directs the administration of company benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • In partnership with HR Leadership, develops reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, and workforce analytics.
  • Assists with the development and management of compensation and benefits budgets.
  • Plays a key role in the selection of carriers and other vendors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR or Finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Compensation and/or Benefits role, and at least 2 years team management experience.
  • CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP or PHR designation a plus.
