Tread Corporation is a manufacturer of bulk handling equipment focused on servicing the explosives industry on a worldwide basis with Tread equipment operating in all reaches of the globe. Corporate offices and manufacturing facilities are located in Roanoke, Virginia, United States with service capabilities managed from Chile, Australia, and South Africa. Products include bulk trucks, emulsion and mix plants, explosive storage, control systems, as well as aftermarket parts.

We would like to add additional members to our Tread team by selecting experienced Mechanic Assemblers. The candidates selected for this position will be responsible for the assembly and installation of multiple products within the Assembly Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assembling and installing various components on bulk equipment
• Obtain sub-assemblies for installation on equipment
• Properly transact work orders to capture labor and costs
• Ability to work with all pneumatic, electrical and hand tools
• Basic understanding of layout instructions
