Specific Job Functions
- Oversee Inventory Control clerks with daily procedures.
- Ensure inventory documents are updated and issues are properly routed for resolution in a timely manner.
- Monitor open receiver and other departmental productivity reports for compliance with operational goals.
- Oversee retail and warehouse Rumpu reports for system errors.
- Orchestrate and conduct retail and warehouse inventories.
- Coordinate and drive department projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and Conduct cycle counts.
- Assist and Train users in use of The Stratton Warren System.
- Communicate directly with Purchasing, AP, Finance, and other operating departments.
- Answer phones, assist callers, take messages, or direct to the appropriate areas as needed.
- Assist in the development and execution of department training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Inventory Control Department and Treasure Island Company Standards and Policies.
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
- One year’s experience in Inventory Control, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of conducting inventories and the receiving process.
- Knowledge of Stratton Warren or similar supply chain management system.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms.
