Specific Job Functions:

• Provide excellent customer services to all employees
• Work employee services window
• Handle general inquiries
• Answer and assist employees who have questions regarding payroll, benefits and 401K
• Answer multi-line phone system, take messages or direct to the appropriate department
• Assist employees with Information Station
• Assist Employee Services Manager with written and visual communication
• Order name badges and other services provided by the property
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

Qualifications:

• Six months clerical experience required
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must
• Written communications skills preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Graphic design skills preferred
