It is the primary responsibility of the Bus/Runner to maintain restaurant floors, storerooms and side stations according to established cleanliness and stock standards. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner
Communicate through a headset attached to a two-way radio
Keep equipment and refrigerators clean and sanitized
Sweep and mop floors as needed
Empty garbage
Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations
Transport bus carts of dirty dishes and trash to dish room
Deep clean and sanitize bus carts
Retrieve orders from warehouse and stock storeroom
Assist with proper stock rotation
Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times
Polish Silverware
Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
