Soak up the sun, spend time by the water and enjoy picturesque views of the Mississippi River and Minnesota’s bluffs. That’s a day at the office for our Marina and RV Park Attendants. In this seasonal position, you’ll be responsible for providing guests with a great experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and assist guests with Marina and RV Park reservations and registration
- Direct guests to slips or parking spots
- Clean and maintain docks, restrooms and the Marina and RV Park grounds
- Assist in preparation for Marina functions
- Process sales and credit card transactions, collect fees and provide receipts
- Monitor and communicate with guests
- Assist guests with connections to electric, water and sewer
- Refer guest comments to the supervisor
- 6 months cash handling experience
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- The ability to swim if needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude
