About the Job

We are looking for Part- and/or Full-Time reserve couriers/packagers to manage and stock our inventory in between delivering curbside pickup orders through the duration of scheduled shifts. Tree of Life is open from 12pm-9pm Tuesday-Saturday, with shifts for the aforementioned position(s) at 12-5 and 5-9 every day. Reserve Couriers/Packagers are also tasked with the delivery of ASAP orders within Northwest DC. These roles require a diligent individual with an ability to multitask while maintaining great attention to detail and self-starting attitude. Below are the primary tasks related to the position (conducted under the supervision of a Store Manager), including but not limited to:

• Labeling Packaging Material
• Packaging Items
• Performing Inventory Checks
• Tracking Available Inventory utilizing MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Delivering Curbside Pick Up Orders
• Fulfilling ASAP Deliveries
• Engaging with Customers in a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable manner in order to ensure the efficient delivery of orders and customer satisfaction
• Day to Day tasks assigned by Store Manager (essentially miscellaneous tasks)

This role requires an individual with the ability to stay focused, on task and work efficiently. A candidate with willingness to learn and expand and work intentionally in a team setting will be prioritized.

Requirements

• DRIVERS LICENSE AND OWN VEHICLE NECESSARRY (E-Scooters and E-Bikes are not viable for this position)
• 21
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 1-2 years experience working in a quick paced environment
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Neat Appearance to be customer facing
• Respectful, Hard worker, Team Player
• Time Management
• Quick to meet deadlines
