Under direction of BCBA Supervisor, the Program Manager (PM) will provide support to the Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff members, clients, and their families. The PM will be responsible for implementing the program design created by the BCBA Supervisor, supporting the BCBA Supervisor with client goal development, Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development, client progress tracking and report writing, oversight of BT/RBT clinical and administrative support, development of caregiver goals and training, and implementation of client assessment tools. This is an excellent opportunity for collecting unrestricted supervision hours for those working toward a BCBA certification.
· Conduct client assessments tools (Vineland, VB-MAPP, DAYC-II, AFLS, etc.) and other supplemental assessments based on the need of the client
· Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) based on appropriate scope and sequence of client goals, while in consideration of client skill set, developmental age, and chronological age
· Provide ongoing clinical oversight for client caseload and monitor client progress towards skill acquisition and behavior reduction, update goals and targets, develop teaching strategies, and create client specific materials.
· Utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST) to support and facilitate staff training, caregiver training, and for introducing/supporting client goals.
· Ongoing data collection and monitoring of staff performance, and utilization of objective data for development of BT/RBT staff development goals
· As needed, provide assistive support to the BCBA Supervisor with client Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)
· At a minimum, meet bi-weekly with your BCBA Supervisor for client case review, clinical and administrative support
· Minimum of 2 years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with Autism or other developmental disabilities
· OR 1-year experience if the candidate has completed 12 semester units in ABA.
· Strong knowledge of ABA practices, and desire to increase knowledge in programming, behavior intervention, and the field of ABA.
· Attention to detail in reviewing, analyzing and graphing data for client progress and reporting.
· Strong administrative skills (i.e., tracking assignment due dates, completion of work products based on due date, oversight of BT/RBT administrative skills, etc.), with a working knowledge of common scheduling and billing practices in the ABA field
· Must demonstrate skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc.)
· Be highly flexible and agile (client location, client type, client programming, caseload staffing, caseload assignment, driving assignments, etc.)
· Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven
· Must demonstrate a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback from the BCBA Supervisor, Staff Support Manager, and Clinical Director.
· Ability to provide clear, effective, and respectful feedback to clients, families, and staff aligning with the core values of the company
· Master’s degree OR currently enrolled in a master’s degree program from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field (dependent on funding source).
