They are looking to revitalize their sales team by adding strategic hires focused on growing existing business and adding net new clients.
Job Description:
- The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for running a full sales process focused on a mix of existing customers (60%) and net new (40%).
- The Inside Sales Representative will create proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing, create customer programs and promotions, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- The Inside Sales Representative will handle the day to day of the account relationship, including sales orders, delivery schedules, account issues and assist on any invoicing issues.
Requirements:
- Bilingual - Spanish & English Required
- 3-5 years of sales, customer service or account management experience within the food & beverage space; ideally focused on fresh or frozen produce/meat or other consumer packaged goods.
- This is a small company and candidates need to be willing to wear multiple hats as necessary to fulfil their clients needs and ensure overall account satisfaction
Location: This is a hybrid role where you will report to an office Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Greater Waltham, MA area and work from home on Tuesday and Thursday.
