Our client is an independently owned and operated waste management and recycling services organization, spanning throughout the West Coast. They have been in business for over 20 years and have excellent brand recognition in the market. They are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing a book of clients and bringing on net new business throughout the Greater Salt Lake City Area.
Job Description:
- The Outside Territory Manager is responsible for bringing on net new business and maintaining a book of business within Industrial and Commercial accounts in their assigned territory.
- The Outside Territory Manager will run a full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach, sales meetings and contract negotiation, as well as renewal agreements.
- The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for service-sales backgrounds
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic, team-oriented approach, ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once.
- Ability to use a CRM to track and forecast all sales data.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Location: This is a field-based work environment where candidates must live in the Greater Salt Lake City, CA area and be willing to travel to meet clients in person 30-50% of the time. This territory is focused on the Utah County area.
