The process reduces the yearbook creation and financial burden for schools.

As a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst, you will analyze data to support strategic decisions, optimize business processes, and enhance our product offerings. This role involves working closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, production, and customer service, to gather insights and deliver actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions and generate meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, support productivity,production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions, offering actionable recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validation checks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes.
• Develop and document best practices for data management and analysis.
• Partner with leaders to present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, NumPy, Pandas,R, and Excel, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
• Previous experience with Salesforce DataCloud or associated systems is strongly preferred
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analysis is beneficial.
• Experience in the publishing or yearbook industry is preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $$129,000-$160,000 bonus equity benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
