The GM is responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant.
This is a hands on job where the GM will work positions alongside restaurant team members.
The GM will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads by example
• Donut Preperation - Dough Rolling, Frying, Glazing, and Decorating
• Prepares donuts, breakfast burritos, makes coffee drinks, helps ring up customers
• Packages, displays, and merchandises all donuts according to company standards
• Responsible for the execution of all merchandising programs
• Assists with the coordination of sales promotion activities, directs team members in building and filling merchandise displays
• Maintains the store under current health codes and company standards on sanitation and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure finished donuts are in accordance to Trejo's Coffee & Donuts quality standards & presentation.
• Inspects finished bakery products in accordance to Trejo's Coffee and Donuts quality standards, presentation, & weight specifications
• Responsible for all new team member training documentation
• Responsible for managing costs by controlling hours used, including overtime and controlling supply costs
• Responsible for providing customers with extraordinary service with a smile and a willing attitude
