Summary Of The RoleIn the aerospace industry, the product lifecycle refers to the entire span of a product’s existence, from its initial conception and design through its manufacturing, operation, and eventual retirement or disposal. MRO Lifecycle Intern will work across OEM and Aftermarket locations to establish the Product Lifecycle, stages and determine process to manage and provide commercial data for products.. Working closely with the sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance and engineering teams to determine products placement and management effectively through the entire product lifecycle. Evaluation of product quality, market positioning and customer reviews to create appropriate position for products or services at different stages of the product lifecycle. Tasks And ResponsibilitiesThe MRO Lifecycle Intern will research market based lifecycle management and commercial pricing initiatives based on Product Lifecycle, the phases of the lifecycle and develop models that can be implemented for market valuation. These models will be implemented and tracked for success rate and will be scaled to support the business. Development of the models and definitions will be inline with the 5 majors phases of the Aircraft/Platform lifecycle:

Manufacturing Phase
Operational Phase
Service Life
Retirement and Disposal
Analyze data from industry standards, customer standards and previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers
Identify marketing strategies to increase profits
The MRO Lifecycle Intern Will Research Market Based Lifecycle Management And Commercial Pricing Initiatives Based On Product Lifecycle, The Phases Of The Lifecycle And Develop Models That Can Be Implemented For Market Valuation. These Models Will Be Implemented And Tracked For Success Rate And Will Be Scaled To Support The Business. Development Of The Models And Definitions Will Be Inline With The 5 Majors Phases Of The Aircraft/Platform Lifecycle

Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase
Education And Experience
Pursuing a degree in programming, data or equivalent
Competencies
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Strong technical and complex concept aptitude
Ability to self-manage and successfully work without supervision
Ability to handle and prioritize dynamic workload
Strong oral and written communication
Excellent organizational skills
