RN Hospice Case Manager for Ann Arbor territory
- 13 Week Assignment
- Schedule is M-F 8-5 with one weekend/month
- Case Management for hospice patients within their homes and facilities
- Experience with in a hospice setting required
Requirements for RN Hospice Case Manager
- 1 year hospice experience
- Reliable transportation a must (mileage reimbursement provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $56.00 per hour
